User Experience Researcher who is passionate about connecting the dots between user needs and business goals. I’ve overseen large research projects on consumer electronics, medical devices, developer tools, APIs, Cloud FinOps tools, and other enterprise SaaS systems.
I’m currently a UX Researcher at Google Cloud
Outside of work, I try to help students and professionals trying to get into UX Research as much as possible through 1:1 mentoring, guest lecturing, and speaking at panels and career fairs. I also conduct usability and ergonomics evaluations for ☕ coffee, 🍳 kitchen, and 🤖 home gadgets.
